I am really pleased to announce I have finished what I feel is the perfect glass theme. The Naked WB for XP and Vista has been designed to be clear, fast, accurate and gorgeous. It is the perfect tool for showcasing and screenshotting your desktop. It was a very tricky theme to make and I hope that everyone will be pleased with the results. Xp users, make sure to lock your taskbar to ensure that blurring is working correctly. Vista users, to obtain the look shown in my screenshot you will need to do a couple of things. 1. After applying the theme, go to the WBCONFIG Explorer Backgrounds section and slide the 'Opacity' slider left to about 20% or whatever you feel matches best... then apply again. 2. The navigation pane does not support transparency so you will want to hide it to have a full glass window. This is done by Commandbar > Organize button > Layout > Uncheck Navigation pane and Menubar. 3. Maximized windows do not support transparency, The more transparent you make your Restored windows background, the darker the window background in maximized windows will be (Windowblinds bug*) You don't have to follow these recommendations but to acheive the look I have portrayed in the screenshot.. you will. Thats about it, feel free to post any concerns or questions you have and I'll be happy to help out in anyway I can with your configurations. Matching skins have been uploaded to my site www.maxstyles.com ... two xions, a bootskin, a multi function widget DX clocks and docks for rocketdock and objectdock. This year I joined the “Team In Training” to help raise money for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. I am running 5 marathons this year, including the Alaska Mayors Marathon, along with my wife, as a member of the “Team In Training.” We set a fundraising goal of $10,000 dollars between the two of us. This gave me my chance to finally bring my two addictions together. I’ve done this by creating the “Marathon” Icon suite. In the Marathon Icon suite I tried to capture the scope of running a marathon by creating a uniquely colored IconPackage for each mile of the Marathon - 26 IconPacks for 26.2 miles. The result is an amazing variety and over 1200 icons that will complement any desktop. To top this all off I included three additional IconPacks, themed for the “Team in Training” so you can show your support to the world, making a total of 29 IconPackages. This, to my knowledge, the largest Icon suite ever. Stardock has been generous enough to join in my efforts, and will donate all the profits from this pack as well, so 100% of the profits from this suite will go directly to the The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society to help save lives. I came up with a theme concept that is like a flame on your desktop, but after I developed for a while, I found it's really hard and not usable to make it in action.
Then the skin looks more and more like now it is, usable but still hot. This mini suite contains: WindowBlinds theme (More details in screenshot) / CusorXP pack / Icons x 10 / Wallpaper x 3. **After you install the wba, a zip file called"Xaphire_Suite" will be automatically put under "c:\Program Files\Stardock\Object Desktop\windowblinds\xaphire\".
